RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of our control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We will also require you to TAKE A VIDEO that includes clearly the waybill of the said order. Pictures and videos will serve as our reference and your proof.

Only products with defects or damage are valid for returns due to hygiene standards and merchant limitations. Products that was damaged due to the courier/ cargo/ force Majure was not covered by our policy.

Sale items and promo items are non-returnable. Defective or damaged items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with photos of the damage or defect, and a short description of the issue.

Please note that the shipment fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note that the turnaround time for refunds is subject to your respective credit cards' or banks' policies. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged seven (7) days upon receiving the item. Exchange will only be applied after receiving the report of our technical team.
