Shipping & Delivery Policy

NNN PRO offers several shipping options to help you receive your order conveniently. All shipping and delivery fees are shouldered by the buyer. Free delivery is no longer available.

Available delivery services include:

Shipping fees depend on the delivery location, package size and weight, and the selected courier. The applicable fee will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our customer support team before dispatch.

For AP Cargo and bus shipping, please coordinate with us to confirm the available route and whether your order requires collection at a branch or terminal.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed. Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM. Orders confirmed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available dispatch.

Delivery times vary depending on the courier, destination, and service availability. Weather conditions, holidays, and courier disruptions may affect delivery schedules.

Same-Day Delivery via Lalamove

Same-day delivery may be arranged for confirmed orders with available stock, within Lalamove’s service areas.

The buyer shoulders the full delivery fee. Please coordinate with us before booking a rider to ensure your order is ready for collection.

Store Pick-Up

Store pick-up is available Monday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a daily order cut-off of 5:00 PM.

Please contact us first to confirm stock availability and wait for our ready-for-pick-up notification before visiting or booking a courier.

Customers arranging their own courier are responsible for booking and paying for the service.

Cash on Delivery

Please contact our customer support team to confirm whether Cash on Delivery is available for your location and selected shipping service before placing your order.
